Sparks offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged, altered, misused, or missing parts.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include the damage or defect as the reason for the return. We may request photos or additional information to help process your request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.
